Just discovered that while having fun with social dancing you also get some additional benefits.
There is so many things you should master to become a good social dancer…
So it may appear that you need to spend at least 5 years to look good on the dance floor.
But it should not necessary take that long…
So how to become a better social dancer?
Where should you direct your efforts to reach maximum results?
After doing some reading, practicing and observing, I figured out 3 main areas you need to concentrate on.
(Note – I was mainly writing about learning salsa dancing, but you may find this applicable to other dances as well)
A beginner’s hell:
You walk into a club or a place of a party.
And there you notice that every other guy seems to dance much better than you do.
Other guys are more experienced.
They make some exciting moves you have not learned yet.
Seems that you don’t have any chances with these nice looking ladies.
Why should girls dance with me?
Every other guy seems to be much better company for them…
I’ve seen many guys who just sat in the corner for the whole evening or left early.
So… Besides attending classes for a few more months before showing up again, is there anything else you could do?
Yes, and quite a lot.
Read on for social dancing tips for beginners – and you’ll know how to compete with more experienced guys and attract more girls to dance with you.
You do not need to be a PRO to succeed.
How’s your summer going on?
Although it seems it was written few years ago, there’s a lot of truth in it.

Salsero = man who develops serious allergy to committed relationships because his dancing ability allows him to hold mass quantities of women in his arms any night of the week
Recently we found out that:
And now we have even more interesting subject.
Why should YOU become a good salsa dancer?

And I see 2 main obstacles:

If you missed the first one – check here.
So, last time I answered a question “to dance or not to dance” (“to be or not to be” )
Now why do I recommend salsa to everyone?
Both for guys and for girls?
And why I remove my hat (sombrero, maybe) and take a deep bow for people who created salsa?
Because creators of salsa knew what women want! Continue reading
